While everyone else is looking up and around at the hugely captivating scenery, make sure YOU look down for the little, natural treasures that others miss, like this vernal, mini-waterfall I seek out every Spring on Grindstone Point in Winter Harbor. (I like to pretend that I'm the only who knows about it, but I'm happy to share it with you.)
You, too, will be mesmerized by the soothing sight and sound of the water gliding over the granite into a tiny pool, then making its way over rock and through crevices, toward the surf farther down the granite shore. While everyone else is gazing out to sea, you can enjoy The Little Things.
